Independent psychosocial support for adult women living with psychiatric disability, delivered with a professional, trauma-informed and strengths-based approach.

Masters-qualified in Counselling and Psychotherapy and PACFA accredited, with experience supporting participants presenting with anxiety, depression, bipolar presentations, complex trauma, and other mood-related challenges.

Support is carefully paced to build trust, strengthen daily functioning, increase community participation, and assist participants to work toward achievable NDIS goals.

A strong emphasis is placed on wrap-around care, with professional communication, written updates, and collaborative work alongside allied health professionals, families, and broader care teams.

Current availability and rates can be provided upon request.
